Rigger Engineering has a full machine and fabrication shop and we are uniquely equipped to handle large jobs. We have a CNC machining center with a 40” x 20” table. We also have a National hollow spindle gap bed manual lathe. Spindle bore is 8 ¾” while swing thru the gap is 52” and 21” over the saddle. We also have smaller manual lathes, a manual mill, drill presses, welding, and sand blasting.

In August of 2009 we will be adding a Viper turning center to further enhance our machining services. This lathe has a two meter bed, a spindle bore of 10-1/4″, and can turn 35″ over the saddle. Fully computer controlled it should greatly reduce our turn around time.
